Description
Curriculum: ICC Youth Cricket Curriculum
  • Eligibility: This session is open to players 7-10 years of age who have passed DreamCricket Cubs Class or those who have played some cricket before.
  • Sessions for this age group will consist of full match play using a regulation Heavy-tennis ball #5oz#. Each participant will get to bat, bowl and field during the session. Players will get to utilize their skills as well as learn how to incorporate cricket techniques into live play.
  • Drills
    1. Front foot batting
    2. Back foot batting
    3. Running between wickets
    4. Ground Fielding and Throwing
    5. Catching
    6. Wicket-keeping
    7. Fast Bowling grip
    8. Spin-bowling grip
  • For this session, each participant is required to have their own Bat, gloves and Abdominal Guard. Players are not allowed to enter the nets without mandatory equipment.
